1. Acceptance
By creating a Brainix account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do
not create an account or use the service.
2. The service
Brainix provides trading signals and predictions through an API and through
bundled bot software. Signals are informational. They are not financial advice,
and we do not guarantee any result. You are responsible for every trade placed
on your account.
3. Credits and billing
Brainix is pay-as-you-go. You load credit into your account balance in advance
and usage is deducted from that balance as it happens. There is no subscription
and no automatic recharge. The minimum top-up is $50.00.
Charges are:
- API requests to /api/predict.php — $2.00 per request.
- Bot software runtime — $2.00 per trading window while the bot is running
and connected to your account. A trading window is approximately five
minutes, so a continuously running bot will draw roughly $24.00 per hour
from your balance.
Every charge appears in your dashboard under Usage Analytics and in your credit
transaction history. When your balance is too low to cover the next charge, API
requests are refused and the bot stops trading until you top up.
4. Payments and refunds
Credit is purchased in cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions cannot be
reversed by us. Send exactly the amount shown on the payment page; underpaid or
late transfers may not be credited automatically. [Set out your refund policy

5. API keys and devices
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Each key may be bound to
one device at a time; using the same key on a second machine will be refused
while the first is active. Activity under your key is treated as your activity.
6. Acceptable use
Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service, attempt to
circumvent billing or device limits, or use the service unlawfully. We may
suspend an account that does.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for trading
losses, missed signals, downtime, or data loss. [Add your liability cap and

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published at
/terms.php, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
